Use the upper navigator bar to navigate through the available sessions. Alternatively, you can use the Up, Down, PgUp and PgDn keyboard keys.
To add a new session to your active questionnaire, press the little "plus"-button, located on the lower navigator bar, or press F9 alternatively. When you have done so, an input box appears, requesting for the Session ID. This ID serves as your recognition point for the session, but also yields a file name. You can therefore not include the characters: ‘.’,‘\’,‘/’,‘_’,‘<’, or ‘>’, as Windows® file conventions will not allow you to. After you have successfully named your session, please complete the “Add new Session” input box to finish your entry.
To delete a session, just press the little "minus"-button located on the lower navigator bar, or press Ctrl+Del alternatively. After you have chosen to delete a session, a dialog box will appear to ask you whether you also want to remove the related session data. Please respond accordingly. The session data is one single session.cds file per session, that keeps track of all your responses in a separate folder. If you plan to reuse this data, then simply reply "no" to this question.
Use the Edit button, or press Ctrl+Enter to edit the currently selected session. You can also double click the currently selected session to achieve this. Please complete whatever alterations you had in mind and press the “Accept”-button to finish your job.
Use the "Print"-button, or press Ctrl+P alternatively to print information about the currently selected session.
To sort the sessions in this questionnaire by Session ID, just click the title bar once and once again if you want to sort the sessions in descending order. Please note the \/ mark next to the title 'Session ID', if the sessions are ordered in that manner.
